My name is Victoria Venskoske, and I am a fine art photography illustrator in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Originally from West Virginia, I moved to Pittsburgh in 2012 to pursue my photography education. In high school, I realized the importance of art, especially photography. It was then that I decided to further my photography education and I began studying at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I have gained more experience than I could have imagined. I was able to tutor students in the school’s Writers’ Center and I am an intern for the Braddock Avenue Books publishing company.

Currently, my projects stem from reflections. Both physical reflections and inner reflection upon myself play a major role in my images. Though I also dabble in nature and portrait photography occasionally, image manipulations are by far my favorite. I enjoy working on images because it is similar to more traditional art forms such as painting, which is a hobby of mine. Recently, I have also started working with film. Though it is very different from digital, I genuinely enjoy working in a darkroom.
